Mariana completed a Masters in Design at the Domus Academy, Milan, Italy in1996. The brand was born in 1998 in Venezuela, her country of origin & moved to Barcelona (Spain) in 1999 from where the design, production and distribution bring life to the unique collection. It now stocks in international boutiques & attracted the attention of designers including Yoji Yamamoto, whom she recently began designing for under his Y collection. |

A product with a highly artistic and innovative impact, idealized for a high level ‘niche’ market, that desires quality and originality. Mariana has extensively researched the different forms by which a bag can be shaped, carried & utilised. She lays emphasis on the ‘handmade’ feel of her products which have both genuine ethnic inspirations & ethic ideals & she aims to create pieces that differ any others you can find on the market. |
